WE WANT NOURRY OUT SAID WE WANT NOURRY OUT 18:21 - Mar 8 with 9674 viewsLblock

I’ve had a few Sunday liveners but when will we hear this? Will we hear it?

11 goals conceded in 3 games with no reply.
His mate has killed the fitness
This is HIS squad
Terrible, terrible players signed for ridiculous money
A squad not built for this level
Steve Cook clearly being played with
Totally and utterly embarrassing after the money wasted and it all leads to the door of one man
(Unless you include those who appointed him)

Get him gone

Cherish and enjoy life.... this ain't no dress rehearsal

Makes me weep to see how far we have fallen.

Now has the aura of a crumbling mausoleum of a football club. Now nothing more than a tatty satellite state of poxy Brentford and Fulham..

The QPR F troop Board/ management over the last decade or so should be tried for war crimes in the Hague.

Well the buck does stop with the senior management.

You are spot on about Steve Cook.

Really the best thing about today was listening to Neil Warnock. I think many of us would still like him as DOF. If Ben Williams can do his job from Dubai then Neil can do his from Cornwall.

About time our shareholders listened to a different voice.

2 years and 2 months as CEO and self appointed DOF.

£25m spent, including the Eze sell on negotiated by LF.

Some great QPR people gone including Furlong, Evans, across the scouting network and back office

A bloated “Methodology” dept reporting to him.

A bloated “Perfomance” dept reporting to him, delivering two years of shocking fitness, conditioning and injuries.

Onto his second Head Coach after briefing against and alienating the guy in situ who delivered one of the recent miracles in keeping that Ainsworth side up (achieving a ppg equivalent to 9th in the league from Oct-May, with a squad the current DOF had nothing to do with).

His own Head Coach on course to finish the same or lower with a squad built by the CEO/DOF after 4 transfer windows now.

Exciting prospects from 2024 (Kolli, and then Morgan) going backwards, and, in the case of one allegedly trying to ostracise him, it sounds like.

Few exciting 1st team youth prospects coming through.

A workforce across the non-playing side of the club absolutely fed up with a lack of leadership, presence, budget, and care for the club.

There needs to be a serious change at the club. At the very least Williams needs to go, but there is a case for a major overhaul.

Removing and replacing Stephan but keeping the team above him…does anyone really think that will change much?

Obviously it's easy after the last three games for us all to rant and throw the toys out of the pram. But let's face it, even if the owners are totally absent, they've got to be concerned if they have any interest remaining at all.

We need a CEO and Director of Football who concentrate on their parts of the club and before we start doing all these fancy plans of signing crocked teenagers in the hope of selling them for £20m to some strange lunatics - uproot the club's total lethargy over the last 15 years.

Never mind enforcing standards, how about putting some in place for once?

Just show the video of Saito laughing on the bench at 0-3 on repeat. Totally unacceptable.

How Steve Cook stays silent, I don't know.

I don't think Stephan is particularly good, and would get Cifuentes back in a heartbeat, but if Nourry sacks him it is all you need to know. Blame shifter.

All true. I'm at the stage now where if we closed the doors and started up as Athletic QPR at the bottom of non league I wouldn't care. Absolute shambles.

Problem for Nourry is that JS and Ben Williams report to him. One has to go and do we really think he's gonna boot his mate out?
I really feel for JS as he has been badly let down by others in the club. Change the manager, yet nothing will change.

As for Saito. I said he was a poor signing at the time and so it is. We could/should of spent that money on two decent CM. Criminal.

You can also add Hoos to the list of people who need to be fcked out of the club sharpish

If the league wasn't so rubbish this year then we would be in a relegation battlee which is an absolute disgrace especially with all that money spent

Yes we have injuries but fck me all they need to do was beat the 4 "pressing" and they were running into acres of space ..No tackles , No running and no care .

Cnts the lot of them

See you at Birmingham

i dont have any beef with Stephan.

i think he is being told what to do and when.

I just think he is a coach and thats it.and and as the football man in the hierarchy, i think he has no say in match day decisions.

He is being hung out to dry and i expect he will be on his way soon.

Nourry and Williams will hide away.

The pre match video of a lot of underperforming players laughing as they walk into the stadium.

AGAIN THATS A PR BLUNDER OF EPIC PROPORTIONS.

We will probably survive this season, which seems mad to say, given where we werr but peoplr will leave but the two most culpable will still be here and hide away, just loke some of our senior players like Hayden in particular did today.

Smyth and Cook not starting. Field am sure will be sold to Norwich. Clean sweep it seems

I would say it's good to have the roles slit up to create a system with checks and balances to keep everyone working in the best interests of the club.

On Steve Cook, I imagine after how he was treated he probably couldn't care less about being the leader and setting standards. It's clear that the club didn't want to renew him because one man's ego needed stroking rather than being diplomatic and acting in the best interests of the club.

So if we get rid of him and Field, there goes more experienced championship players. Something this squad is sorely lacking. You can't make it up.

Nourry has assembled this squad with his best mate cycling Ben and Belk. The squad is absolutely powder puff. Fitness has been an issue all season. Our players are so brittle hence injury after injury. Nourry has a thing for Australian players and other random parts of the world. These players are getting chances but are showing they’re not good enough for this level. Likes of Saito and Morgan are going backwards. Poku supposed to be back today. Not even in the squad. Chair supposed to be back in January. Vanished as well. Obikwu signs in January. Another one that has vanished. Burrell was supposed to be back in training. Vanished. You put this squad together and this is what you get. Cannot believe the owners have backed Nourry and cycling Ben. Both of them know absolutely nothing about football. Hope they both resign from their positions.

I’ve said this before but Nourry reminds me of JD Vance, one arrogant, cocky prick. I’ve never taken to him, he’s smarmy and self invested with an overwhelming perception of self importance, the sooner he and his multitude of lackeys go the better as far as I’m concerned.

"A workforce across the non-playing side of the club absolutely fed up with a lack of leadership, presence, budget, and care for the club."

This bit nails it for me.
How true it is, only those within the club know for sure. But looking in from the outside, this does stack up.
We all knew, we wasn't going to get much out of todays game. But for me, the disappointing/ frustrating thing about watching Boro, was how much fitter, stronger, better their players are compared to us.
We've been in the championship a while now , and i know the buzzword when we got relegated in 2015 was consolidation. But that's over a decade now , and we don't look like we've made any sort of progress on the pitch.
I don't think its all down to our manager. Its what goes on above them that's the issue. And whatever that issue is, it translates to the rest of the team. Field wanting to go is a red flag for me. I know others have defended it, but to me that doesn't look like a player that's digging in for the greater course.
Injuries haven't helped in the slightest of course, but there's something else that doesn't seem right with the players, as it always does at this stage of the season.
