Yes after 4 defeats I was wearing a tin hat but he didn't post. He did make a few good points that were fair but he was also very angry and over the top considering that at the end of the day it is QPR and not global nuclear war and death.
Yeh, we've suspended his account as of Sheff Utd at home I believe it was. ATM that's permanent, we may revisit it in the summer but only with a commitment from him on a number of points.

Fair play - I had wondered if this was the case. I get broad church, everyone has an opinion etc. but when your main shtick seems to be to deliberately antagonise as many people as you can by quoting Nietzsche, using very elaborate sentence structures, generally passing yourself of as superior and other related sheiite then it's fair game.

I think to be honest you had previously shown a great deal of restraint, considering the lack of respect he showed to you despite the hard work you do for this site. No Clive, No LFW and if one day you decided f**k it all as I am sure you have come close to doing before you dont need SE tipping the balance

For new posters, i think it could have possibly stopped first time posters from joining in and the more the merrier, I say.
I guess he could come back a few months down the line under a different username if you and your team allowed and all he needs to do, is to count to ten occasionally and just lay off abusing all and sundry for just having a different opinion.
Maybe he is trying his luck on another forum or he has found a home on social media.

Week after two decent wins I was wondering what he’d be saying negatively about them, couldn’t see anything so then had a look for his profile. Hadn’t noticed up until that point.
I eventually put him / her on ignore . The constant criticism of the team and especially the managers was incessant usually without offering any alternative that would improve our situation. However it was the name calling and constant belittling of other posters that was most disturbing. Every now and then he would come with some pearls of wisdom but the cons far outweighed the pros.
I've been a big advocate of the benefits of the 'Ignore button' for some time. Life is too short to waste on trolls and WUMs, the ignore button kills the problem in it's tracks, by denying these people what they crave most: the oxygen of recognition.
