Gotta Love Forest, eh? 17:26 - Feb 22 with 5758 views | Antti_Heinola | Couple of weeks ago they greeted their Leeds win like promotion was almost secured. Now they're 6 points off second. I remember them doing the same thing when they drew 1-1 with us in out Championship season, when they thought that was the start of their run to promotion. It wasn't. Can't stand them. Well played Warbs!

Gotta Love Forest, eh? on 17:28 - Feb 22 with 4408 views | traininvain | I remember that game during our title winning season. They had games in hand and thought it was the start of something big. It wasn’t

They really did. It was hilarious.

Gotta Love Forest, eh? on 17:38 - Feb 22 with 4281 views | RANGERS4EVER | A lot of their fans have big club syndrome, where they think they have some divine right to be in the Premier League just because they were big 30 years ago. Always think they should roll 'teams like QPR' over, even though we've been in the Premier League three times since them. I do enjoy seeing them annoyed.

Truly is. Besides the clueless comments about us I particularly enjoyed the many complaining that they need more squad depth...

Some hideously appalling research there on the "intro" post. The origins of "Queens Park Rangers" supposedly being unknown, and the complete lack of knowledge of Jude not being anything to do with the tiger being particular highlights. (I wouldnt expect the average fan of another team to know the ins and outs of things like that, but I dont think Clive would commit such errors....)

For Forest read Derby who both owe any history they have to one particular man, a total, one off genius. Both clubs prior to Cloughie turning up were run of mill, nothing clubs who had never achieved anything in the modern game bar one cup win each in the forties (Derby) and fifties (Forest). I think their fans massively forget this. See also: Leeds United; Revie, Don Leeds had never won anything prior to him showing up and had spent most of their existence in the second division. They've still only won one major trophy since Revie left in 1974.

Gotta Love Forest, eh? on 22:43 - Feb 22 with 2969 views | jtuck | The delusion extends to the local newspaper the Nottingham Post. Their reporter gives most of their players 7/10 or better for the game. So why were their two attacking wingers withdrawn well before the end?

Gotta Love Forest, eh? on 23:03 - Feb 22 with 2893 views | BrianMcCarthy | FWIW, and all that... My Forest mate and I thought that the thee best players from either side were: Rangers: Ball, Cameron and Eze Forest: Cash, Samba and Worall. A game dictated by the weather, with only Eze shining in midfield/attack.

They are going through a journey we went through recently, so the fans have my sympathy. They certainly aren’t the self entitled shits that Leeds are. [Post edited 23 Feb 2020 0:37]

Gotta Love Forest, eh? on 04:35 - Feb 23 with 2568 views | DylanP | I think its a bit weird for QPR fans to be giving fans of another club sht for being delusional in spite of their lack of success. In the last half century QPR have won exactly nothing. And yet, every season I assume will be our season and every week I assume we are going to win. If you are not a little delusional, I'm not sure how you can be a QPR fan

So from now on we have to call them Don Revie FC and Brian Clough FC 'A' (Derby) Brian Clough FC 'B' (Forest) I did have a soft spot for Clough's teams, back in the day, though.

I still have a soft spot for the teams that stopped Liverpool winning everything in the 70s and 80s - Forest, Ipswich, Everton, Villa. I also loved watching John Robertson play, able to beat fullbacks without breaking into a run. [Post edited 23 Feb 2020 10:02]

had a couple of run in's with them, 5 of us ambushed at a car park by a load of them after the late nigel clough hat-trick. F 'em.
Gotta Love Forest, eh? on 11:12 - Feb 23 with 2069 views | PinnerPaul | Watching the 90' back I've noticed at the away games we do well in, home crowd get very edgy quick quickly. Think it comes with being 16th or thereabouts - we are the same - fans expect to beat teams 'lower' down easily even though anyone with basic knowledge of this league knows it doesn't work like that!
