| Our fans today were pathetic on 19:54 - Nov 1 with 2498 views | HammersmithR | People can do what they want. It’s their money. Today was bordering on like the shambles at Coventry. Players need to earn the support of the fans. Today they went down quicker than the Titanic. | | | |

| Our fans today were pathetic on 18:01 - Nov 1 by numptydumpty | Yes well i obviously carried on attending like you do. A comment said in the heat of the moment But many fans leaving on 64 minutes, because they have had enough and want go back to the pub is weird. Sends a bad message to a young team and a young squad that has been decent. We werent terrible up to that point. Just poor goalkeeping and defending. Expected a backlash on here because fans are called fans to back the boys when things arent going our way. And its never out fault ever. it wasnt a good game but there was the opportunity to back the boys to get back some pride back on a bad day. No dressing it up. Was poor from QPR fans today IMO.... Whining about leaving after 64 mins !! would love to know what you thought when a few of us left when the 2nd goal went in at Watford in August 😂 End of the day the pub is a lot more enjoyable than watching QPR over the last 25 years . QPR are boring and if it wasn't for meeting mates and going to the pub then I would have given up years ago ! [Post edited 1 Nov 21:32]

| Our fans today were pathetic on 17:52 - Nov 1 by BklynRanger | Where exactly did you get the falafels out of interest? I could go for some of those after that. |
The falafels from the shop next to Ayamzemam on Uxbridge Road are half the reason I keep coming back to Loftus road. 6 falafels straight from the fryer for £1.99. probably the best value snack you'll find in the whole of London.
| Our fans today were pathetic on 20:22 - Nov 1 with 2315 views | GaryBannister86 | Ah, it's always the fans' fault at some point. I left early, but that's because I am in tune with the management and wholly supportive of it. It's a 3 game week for me, including going to Sheffield via picking up my boy from Manchester, so there is absolutely no way I could do the full 90 today. I have to look after myself. On Wednesday I won't be singing to make sure the voice is OK for Sheffield. [Post edited 1 Nov 20:23]

| Our fans today were pathetic on 18:15 - Nov 1 by PlanetHonneywood | I left after the fourth, walked into the front room and saw England run in three tries against Australia, with a nice cuppa in hand. To be honest, I felt as if I salvaged something from the afternoon and if that makes myself or anyone else who left early because they weren't enjoying QPR for the money they'd shelled out 'less' then so be it, I'll live with the OP's annoyance! Isn't that the same team that the sly sports, commercially inspired super team beat a few months ago? A game of too many confusing rules, which is complete nonsense. I have said it before and I'll say it again.. | | | |

| Our fans today were pathetic on 18:09 - Nov 1 by connell10 | I left on 60 mins, I really don't give a flying F uck what you think about me mate ! I've supported Rangers since 1976 and I do what I want. The only only pathetic thing I can see is another Rangers fan calling other Rangers fans pathetic......PATHETIC. |
Rangers fans insulting and/or patronising other Rangers fans (including young pups talking to those of us who have been around for decades)? Who'd have thought it on a football message board! Bizarrely, though, I find myself in agreement with the board's Numpty. We fans aren't just consumers - we're more like disciples/converts. And the stinky neoliberal equation that 'you pay your money, you can do what you want' should be treated with the contempt it deserves. [Post edited 1 Nov 20:43]

The idea of staying to the bitter end, when you're being royally pumped, is a bit weird to me. What's the actual point? Nobody cares. We're stuck in this division for eternity anyway. You'll get to see the same fixture again next season...and the one after that... etc | | | | Login to get fewer ads

| Our fans today were pathetic on 21:22 - Nov 1 with 2012 views | ManinBlack | We have been terrible at home for several seasons so it is surprising how many still go to watch a team that for the last 10 years has been going nowhere. I don't worry how many are left in the ground at the end of a good stuffing, what is important is that they are all back for the start of the next home game. I have noticed West Ham fans piling out of their stadium in their home games this season when they go three down. | | | |
| Our fans today were pathetic on 21:27 - Nov 1 with 1992 views | Watford_Ranger | Wish I’d left on 64. Gave it until 92 for some reason and the 28 minutes was mainly waiting for the goalkeeper to kick the ball after his 16th stern talking to or another Ipswich player pulling up with cramp. | | | |

| Our fans today were pathetic on 19:39 - Nov 1 by OakR | I stayed til the end but don't blame anyone for leaving early. That second half was dire, and I doubt anyone felt there was any chance of a comeback, or much excitement for us. |
Same as you, I stayed to the end, but I can understand people not accepting it. The squad is so much stronger on paper than last year but of late its hard to see any huge improvement. However, more importantly, and as has already been said on here already, we got it wrong from the start and then failed to take appropriate remedial action: Kone - totally unsuitable for the second striker role Vale not a wide player, should be playing 10 if at all Esquerdinha found wanting Cook should not be starting - counts on the rest of the back four to do the defending Get those 4 things wrong and its no surprise that we weren't in the game
| Our fans today were pathetic on 21:37 - Nov 1 with 1944 views | slmrstid | 5 and a half hours spent driving today, an hour to get out of London as it seemed all my normal routes had road closures and roadworks, had a van drive into the back of me on the way in in Park Royal, having tailgated me for the previous quarter mile despite the "BABY ON BOARD" sign in my back window. C*nt. Got his company details, request for fleet insurance info in already. Thankfully not done much other than take some paint off my bumper and smashed my number plate but I'd have been even angrier at him had my baby actually been in the car. Entirely avoidable from not driving on someone's back bumper. What a day | | | |

Yet now, you're criticising other fans for exercising their right to leave early when the outcome of the game was already determined after 64 minutes. Entitled! [Post edited 1 Nov 17:51]

| Our fans today were pathetic on 23:10 - Nov 1 with 1602 views | stainrods_elbow | Strictly speaking, were said fans not apathetic rather than pathetic (Gk pathos = suffering)? If anything, fans like us are uber-pathetic. The older we are, the longer we've suffered! | |

| Our fans today were pathetic on 23:16 - Nov 1 with 1593 views | LongsufferingR | Of all the people to blame, or targets to abuse over a bad performance the fans would be bottom of my list. Selling out home games and away ends for mid-table finishes or relegation battles year after year, but it's the fact that some chose to leave at 4-1 down that riles you. Amazing. Personally, I would take the fact that SE is agreeing with you as a strong indication that you have this one wrong. | | | |
