Im really not fussed. As already been pointed out, it wont make much difference at this club., apart from getting worse and eventually relegated. I cant see any decent manager getting us finishing further up the league with Nourry etc running the show. I think injuries done us this season, but there where too many for it to be coincidental. That department needs a re shuffle. Recruitment needs looking at, plus the youth development squad. Invisible owners probably doesn't help either.

I hope he has learnt a lot from his 1st season in the league, reflects on what other teams do, and what works in this league and applies it next year. If he has not learned anything and sticks to the same, then say goodbye next year. However, what players go out the door and come into the club will dictate how next season goes.

No one has suggested that the club want to change the manager. This is just a straw poll to gauge opinion on here. Mind you, I think Nourry isn’t messing about and if there’s not enough progress being made then he’ll be quite ruthless…only with the blessing of the owners of course.
Nourry axing Julien would say more about his failures than Julien's.

JS has done OK and the players seem to like him so keep for now. The tricky thing is deciding if a coach is worth keeping. Southampton would probably be mid table or worse if they hadn't changed manger. May be go left field and get Beale back. Sunderland may have been his 'Leeds' moment and he's less of a bellend now.

Our only head coach/manager to serve a full complete Championship season from beginning to end since Warbs in 2022. That must help him and us.
Comes across as a thoroughly decent, committed head coach who is eager and keen to do well for the club. Obviously stick.

I can't even believe this is being asked to be honest. We're not a big monied club in this league anymore, with a mid-to-lower table budget, delivering what ultimately looks to be a mid-to-lower table finish.
I know the fact we've treaded water for the last 10 years in this league is quite boring and everyone is getting a bit fed up of it now, but I'm not sure really how we could have done much better.
I suspect people are getting twitchy because Millwall have done so well as a similar size club, but they have smarter people running the club than we do in Nepo Baby Chris.
If anyone should be getting booted out pronto, its the Chat GPT crowd.
He deserves another year from the point of stability & avoiding yet another pay off. He’s broadly done what’s been asked of him & not sure actually changing the head coach will make a massive difference in the club’s current set up. He’s done slightly better than last season but had a better squad so that is the minimum requirement really.
However does really need to show what he’s learnt from his 1st season in the country/division & adopt a much more flexible approach.
Much also depends on what squad he’s got after the ins & outs of the summer, whatever they may be?
But 442 every week won’t cut it if they want further improvement.

The Team, whilst the injuries have affected us very badly, should have done much better. He has made (well if it was him) several serious errors of judgement (team selections, tactics, substitutions) which has played badly on results. The jury is out, 100%.
Saying that, keep changing managers are not good so I would, probably, give him another season......he must stop making basic errors, in fact, any errors.
Rather shocked that 'deserves another season' rating is so high.......not sure he deserves anything!!!

this has been coming for weeks listen to the press conferences and his mood has changed to exactly the same as martis had during the same period , im not a huge fan of stephan to be brutally honest his football and tactics are poor and players have gone backwards under him thats for sure
I say keep him. He’s had a whole season to assess the squad and division and can now identify what we need going forward. However, it seems his ideas may not align with the powers that be, so it may not be down to him. As has been said if he goes we’ll be fishing in the same pool for a new coach, back to square one with someone who has no knowledge of the squad or division.
