Standards throughout the club need to improve. A bit like when they had the end of season interview with GA and nobody bothered to clean the scummy window behind him.
Would quite like the new Director of Football to be a Dave Brailsford/Clive Woodward type who gets every element of the club operating at a better standard. Everything from the ticket website to the playing squad is just sub par.

Due to an issue with the production company in transit to the game, the club have been left with no alternative way to provide supporters with live coverage of our final pre-season friendly in Austria.
This issue was out of the club’s hands and also out of the hands of Recast.
Recast are the platform upon which the live stream is shown. This issue has been caused by the production company who capture and transmit the live footage to the Recast platform.
As a result, there is no alternative solution — such as streaming on YouTube — available for the club to pursue, despite best efforts.
All supporters who have purchased a match pass via Recast for this fixture will be reimbursed automatically. You do not need to do anything.
The club would like to apologise to supporters, we understand and share your frustrations.
Match updates will be provided across the club's social channels.
Aside from someone streaming their crappy mobile phone footage what are they meant to do with an hour's notice in the middle of continental Europe. I don't think there are many streaming suppliers in Linz and would it be profitable for the club to have to lash out cash when they might only get a few hundred people watching it?

Some are a bit too quick to coat off this club lately IMO. I understand where the frustration comes from and it's probably deserved a lot of the time but not on this occasion.
