Of course Celtic score a last minute penalty to take the SPL to a final day showdown between Celtic and Hearts.

I hope Hearts stuff Celtic on Saturday not just because it’s someone other than the Old Firm winning the title but because I loathe Celtic.

Poll: Julian Stepháne…stick or twist

And of course the obligatory dodgy penalty.

The Wednesday one may have been iffy, but that was rock solid . Arm away from body and blocked a cross. Intention is not a relevant issue.

Absolutely. CFC and Rangers called themselves the Blues Brothers, arm in arm with Northern Ireland Loyalist fanatics, fascists in Cahoots. People may not like Celtic but they are the antithesis of Chelsea.

Not bigging Chelsea ...though a small but well known number of Chelsea's mob did have links with Rangers and Linfield, most of their fans aren't in anyway connected. Everyone seems to overlook that one of their bigger firms was Kilburn and the areas of North West London radiating out from there, not exactly prime recruiting ground for a loyalist organization. FYI, Spurs 'top boy' back in the day (Camden born and bred), was a senior figure in the UVF, which I consider a lot more objectionable than a dozen drunken Headhunters joining Glasgow Rangers for an off with Hibs.

Fair enough but then how is the one Hearts didn’t get at Motherwell not given when it’s far more avoidable on the defender’s part? It’s a crap rule but it has to be applied consistently.

Moaning about consistency with reffing decisions is basically the most nostalgic thing anyone can do. It's baked into the game.

Stefan Moore, Stefan Moore running down the wing. Stefan Moore, Stefan Moore running down the wing. He runs like a cheetah, his crosses couldn't be sweeter. Stefan Moore. Stefan Moore. Stefan Moore.

Celtic all over them at the moment, Hearts would do well to hold on to this.

Hearts keeper is top draw.

Hearts have been sitting back far too much this half. Can only see Celtic getting a late winner.

Poll: How many more points will we get this season?

86 minutes gone, so Celtic only have about half an hour left to find a winner.

How very predictable .

No fairness sometimes .
For only giving hearts 752 tickets in a stadium of 60k is enough for me to have complete contempt

The one time the most boring league in the world is interesting and its ruined.

I know a title is still a big thing but I can't help but think Celtic are a bit embarrassing for wanting it so much when on budgets and all other metrics they shouldn't even have any other challenges.

Got to feel sorry for Hearts. Top most of the season and a couple of dubious penalty decisions (Hearts & Celtic both at Motherwell) defined the title.
4
Sweaty socks on 14:33 - May 16 with 1313 viewsQPR_Jim

Oh dear, pitch invasion. Shall we call the game off and classified as a draw?

Certainly, invading the pitch before the final whistle to celebrate winning a title for the first time in twelve months is embarrassing.
