Ooouch. Hope that goes well. Dr Diamond (my quack) is always beating me up on the blood sugar levels. Finally stuck the chart in front of my face, it was easier to take the graph results on board than react to being lectured, anyway, reduced my intake of bread, spuds, rice and pasta - low and behold, three months later it had dipped significantly.
