For God's Sake Go 17:05 - Dec 19 with 34675 viewsLblock

Pick up your icebox, have a sh@t in it, take all your usual post match drivel and just go man.

The Knighthood needs to be taken back off of "Sir" Les as well. He's not fit for purpose.

Club is a shambles.
It's a shambles presided over by the current lot.
The transfers are a disgrace, all the Eze money wasted putting together a rudderless, clueless and downright weak as pi$$ physically squad. We look totally unfit, devoid of any tactical nouse and more than ever you must be able to smell the relegation that has been stenching around this club for a few years. Bentford Sleeper Agent Warburton the final piece in the jigsaw.

Do hope the Clubshop has got lots of plastic bedsheets and quilts in stock for Christmas.... the bedwetter club will have grown considerably by the time 2021 kicks in.

Season 2020/21... was going to be the one where all the prudence kicked in wasn't it? FFP like a millstone for loads of other clubs and a really weak Division???
Well I've only seen one team weak, looking a beaten rabble with no belief, no battle and zero bottle. They play in hoops and are shameful.

I'll retire back to my self imposed exile... the usuals will be on digging it and giving it the here he is again.. "Ooooooooh... you're never here when we win" --- right enough, we don't that often.

6 wins in 38 is it?
Over 100 goals conceeded in a calendar year

But just who'll do the job they cry? Plenty, it's just I wouldn't trust the current leadership to pick a nipple out of a barrel of boobs - clueless w@nkers to a man.

League One Roadmaps.. £3.85, get 'em while they're hot.

See ya

Cherish and enjoy life.... this ain't no dress rehearsal

And that's exactly what we need! Someone in charge, making the decisions and not delegating it to former players.

Regarding the prospective consortium, there definitely was one but I can only find the PSG link from last year at the moment. I even remember a quote from the board saying that they weren't interested in selling.

Interesting info, thanks. I missed all that.

I don't think if was him, but he supposedly looked into buying us. My point is that there will always be potential investors for a London-based Championship club, FFP or no FFP. The kind of people who invest in football clubs these days are either so rich they can take a hit on their fortune or crazy entrepreneur types who look at Lee Wallace and think "Eureka!"

I totally agree with 2Thomas2Bowles; it's just not working. The owners need to front up and stop hiding behind their human shields. Simply replacing Warburton will not solve the main problems at the club.

That rings a bell. I think the owners denied any contact with him, though, if I recall?

I get your point, but it also depends on who the owner/chairperson is.

For instance, with Fernandes I was delighted when he stopped trying to micromanage and actually did delegate! Now with Bhatia we thankfully have a calmer chairperson but I have no idea how involved he is behind the scenes, being honest.

Amit tweets when we win...he is THAT involved!

There is something going behind the scenes within the squad is my uninformed guess.

They seem to be playing as individuals and not together, every pass seems to be hit with disdain , every half chance selfishly taken and with no fan pressure to change they just meander from game to game .

Maybe the way BOS has been treated over the contract in contrast to the strong stance adopted with Lumley and Manning , maybe the obvious split at every kick off in the squad with regards to the knee and BLM .

Warburton appears glaringly unable to bring them together .

Sunday morning still feel the same, normally calm down a bit the next day and I have.

Given a lot more thought to it now and I still wan't him gone and gone pronto.

Would also add that some of our players need a right good kicking up the arse at the moment, they seem to be getting an easy ride here.

No club ever got relegated in December but we're wearing a relegation coat at the moment, we need sorting out bloody PDQ.

Keeping Warburton here at this moment in time seems daft and it is daft, why wait to see the results of our next two fixtures when anyone with a small bit of savvy knows what the next two results will be.

Nothings changed nor will it.

Life's a bitch.

My Father had a profound influence on me, he was a lunatic.

Perhaps I was watching a different game today but I don’t think we were as bad as some on here are saying. From what I saw every player out there was trying their best. Their best might not be good enough in some cases but they put in a decent shift. Oh, and we didn’t lose a game that most on here said we would. Opinions, I know.

Hard to tell from a stream, and after giving him the benefit of my doubts for most of this season, but BOS's antics at times today made me think for the first time, he was not giving his best. What was he thinking when he held onto the ball for a minute maybe in their half surrounded by WW players, refusing to pass it to one of the must have been unmarked forward players, before giving it away, and giving them a goal chance?

True, I suppose!

It's this line that I found interesting. If McIntyre is right then not only are the club reviewing Warburton's position, but someone's also leaking it:

"The club’s hierarchy are now reviewing Warburton’s position, and potential options should they decide to make a change either now or after the Christmas period if results have not improved."

So if they make the change it will be now or after Christmas - what other options are there other than gving him the boot on Christmas Day?

It’s also time we were definitively made aware of who is bringing in these legion of bench warmers and no hopers.

And exactly who was accountable for giving 4 year contracts to two full backs who couldn’t get a sniff of first team action until this season.

Something strange going on behind the scenes.

Are you referring to Todd Kane?

Over 150 first team appearances before he came to us.

I think he’s a good coach, decent man, can pass his FA qualifications all day long, just like Mclaren for example. As I have said before I like his football not sure it’s winning football. I wish it was. We don’t have or get players like we used to. Warnock turned up at the trading ground and found he had Adel and Faurlin for example.

Seems most games opposition managers counter act us quickly yet where is the response to that. Uncanningly you watch Rangers and you can almost tell what’s going to happen. It’s very bizarre to say the least. The club seem to likethe ex academy technical players and players comfortable on the ball yet when the going gets tough etc.

What sums it all up for me is Connor Washington. 2.5M risk on one good season who very clearly had very limited soccer intelligence. Saved Peterborough financially who’s notable fan Adrian Chiles thanked and mocked us at the same time.

We seem to lack any shrewdness in the clubs decision process which ironically needs some shrewdness to Identify.

Warburtons next job will be with the FA.

Yes that sarcasm flew over your head didn’t it?

I take no joy in being right about this pickle we are in, could see it coming a mile off. Interesting quite a few, even yourself maybe, are extracting their heads from the sand.
Anyway, I’ve enjoyed my exile from all the press ganging, belittling, petty arguments and political jousting..... not that I haven’t been VERY guilty of that in the past myself..... I certainly won’t “fcuk off and support Chelscum” or any other club; but I will jump back into the mode of previous few weeks (even managed to stay away from the keyboard when lagging!!!)
Will stick to moo-zick
