Not sure how much I remember of it, but it was some night. Whole away end basically took over a place called Isaacs for the England game afterwards and were still going strong at three in the morning.
I put my head down for 'a quick nap' at about half one this afternoon and woke up at 5pm.

Bit worried that we don't really have cover for him.
I've had the niño on total relaxation mode since, well actually, long before Ipswich (A). However, before some on here add a fredder to Nourry's shopping list, we ought not forget the talent that is, Monkey Roots.
Has stepped in at crucial times and enjoyed some successful runs as well. To be honest, I see him as a 'special ops' type of fredder, but he's definitely got form and the minerals to back up his skills.
We don't go into the season light, but should always keep an eye out for up and coming talent.
Good to see Burrell looking sharp. Some of our finishing pretty awful but hopefully just rust. Our keeper makes some decent saves. Black kit is really lovely. I do like the black out kits.

Kone got a knock right at the end of the game and had a bit of treatment but it didn't look debilitating. He looked perfectly fine the next day messing about on the river.

Well yes, but without wishing to be the voice of doom, we have not finished eighth or higher in the Championship since 2013-14. We did manage a ninth place finish in 2020-21.
We're going to need a few more strong additions, especially two tough tackling, disciplined central midfielders, to hang onto all of our key players and for them to have good seasons, plus some luck, especially with injuries, to have any chance of getting into the play-offs. It can be done but it will stretch us .

I have bought the black kit wurh the sponsorship on it.
The badge and sponsorship is all in black, so from a distance, you cant see the advertising.
Anyone in Austria, notice whether the logos were on there. Surprised if they do play in the black kit, that MrQ were happy with that.
But actually likewise with Bosh, I really like the black kit. Much better than lilac pastels for me.
Was kinda hard to see the Mr Q logo. Could only see it when they were standing right in front of us. The arm didn’t have the cube funder logo but had the stadium services logo which was grey so was able to see that.

Pre-season friendlies do nothing for me. Can't remember ever seeing a really good one. Sticking four past Man U a few years back, probably the best. As for that kit, God help us, and save us. I really don't get the hype.

Usually I'd agree, but Leroy Griffiths leaving Desailly tripping over his feet as we turned that lot over while in administration will always be a favourite Rangers memory.
