It was a domestic where she pretends to call the police, rings 999 puts the phone down.Now police are duty bound to trace all 999 calls and visit address.Go to address she explains it is a domestic with no violence.Please say that doesnt matter he must go down to station for 5 hours under new guidelines.After 2 hours he says can I go now -police say only if you accept a caution.He does just to go home.
