Player of the year would have been Madsen but as Kone has played consistently well and been available all season give the nod to Richard.
Madsen easily wins the most improved, if that was a category.
Young player would be between Morgan, Kolli and Vale
Kolli has proven a more than able substitute for Burrell and some fantastic strikes. Morgan has hit a couple of crackers and played wrll at right back and in recent ganes has performed as Madsens replacement but has been inconsistent at times.
For me though Vale is class and i hope to see Harvey truly flourish next season.Would give the young player accolade his way. |  |

Madsen should be unanimous as the POTY. Honourable mentions for Jimmy who has been a great captain and consistent performer all year, and Burrell who took to this league amazingly well.
YPOTY is Kone. Vale voting is strong recency bias, he's been great since Leicester but v hit and miss before, mostly miss. It's the same reason I wouldn't consider Edwards for half a season last year. In terms of youth / DS products you'd say Kolli then Morgan.

Pleased to see Jimmy get a mention. I've been very impressed with him. Seems his stint at right back has really helped his all round game because he's back in the middle and looking the part. Great leader, great player. I hope we keep him for next season.
I'm pleased for Madsen and he probably deserves it. I thought people were too quick to judge him and tbh give up on developing him despite the sums spent on him. The leadership at Rangers receive a lot of criticism, much of it fair, but how they backed and developed Madsen, when most wouldn't have had the patience, is deserving of praise. | | | |

POTY - easy, Madsen. Head and shoulders above everyone else in terms of ability and him being injured has highlighted how good he has been.
YPOTY - Kone, though it seems odd as I would think YPOTY should be under 21 at the start of the season. He's 23 in July.
