Looking forward to you moaning about the rubbish questions asked by the in house media team to Julien later.

I don't need to - I've made my points, and predicted the result.

Have you got anything interesting to say, or are you simply as turgid as tonight's performance?

Yet another defeat I’ll chalk up to Le Manager

And most of the players tonight by the sounds of it.

We are a team of individuals, who play for themselves.
Just a load of individuals, who think they are great.
Effing hell, Julien, sort that lot out.

That looked like a game we p!ssed up the wall with an eye on the next by rotating players for the sake of it ! Watch us play our best 11 on Thursday and get turned over by Norwich now

Nailed on

Shit but local

Now that is epic. Who recommends these duds to the club?

Vale was shocking but I'll put that down to rustiness as he last played 51 days ago.

Disappointed.... yes and a strange team selection

But it looked what is was a tired team that was cobbled together. 3 changes in a defensive 4 is always going to be difficult

SF playing as a 10................and Madsen and Varane look exactly how they should look after playing so many minutes of this season

The only positive is I'm getting to old for all this travelling about, but my nephews went to both games this week......... hats off to them

And we do it all again in 3 days................bloody stupid.

The days have gone where players can play like this, the game is too fast, too physical......there really as to be a rethink about this festive period.

It is going to kill the game when this kind of tripe is being served up

Absolutely shocking all round .
Man of the match - Field under a ridiculously low bar.

Won’t fault the effort as Elbow says, but no quality from anybody.
Had to watch the first half on the WBA ifollow and apart from being completely unprofessional in their criticism of us , they did keep asking why we were “playing so differently away than we did at home?”

Well , bloody good point! That’s a question I think we should all be asking for an explanation too.

Apparently, we can't expect that in the post-match interview, I'm afraid.

JS gets such an easy ride that's clearly part of the problem.

Question is though.... can we get 9 points in the next 3?

I doubt it but its a dream.

They really were quite shocking tonight.

Bringing on a rusty Vale to try and change the game was a really poor managerial move.. sure if it works it is a wonder stroke, but he looked like he hadn't played football for a few months.

I'm all for giving the Poku's and Esquerdinhos time, but ease them in one at a time, not all in for the same game, it was a line up for a cup game we didn't care about.. where in fact there were quite low hanging 3 points to be taken. All a bit disapointed. One when the result was a direct reflection of my thoughts when I saw the starting line up

I don't know about some of you guys, but I feel sick.

However, there's one silver lining with some on this board - for once, it's not my fault.

Yep. Victim mentality is back from you. Yes it was a shit performance and the manager and the team got it badly wrong. We have been quite good the last few weeks that was shocking though. However, we will okay well again. Thats not someone just accepting that performance, that is just someone who sees it for what it was. I look forward to your over dramatic perspective and emotional immaturity

Stephan got that game so wrong and most of the players followed suit. WBA weren't much better but we laid the win on a plate for them. All in all, a complete mess of a football match.

Dave, how many times have we seen that? It’s pretty typical of what we are.

It does surprise me how so many expect us to be better than we actually are.

Quite a few posts on a poor and losing game from yourself Damo.

Amazing how regularly you pop up when we play badly.

Data Statisticians required please !!!!

So let me get this straight - this was (i) a stupidly rotated team, (ii) a terribly tired team and (iii) it was all the fault of the nasty fixture list (which is the same for everyone)?

Wow!

I'm sure QPR will shortly be offering you a seat on the board!

Morrison and Dunne did okay. Esquardina and Morgan at full back is really asking for trouble in this division and John Varane needs to stop poncing around and up his game. Saito cannot start on Thursday. Hopefully Chair can be involved and I'd have Smyth back in too.

I thought overall the defence were poor, looked like conceding every time the ball was floated in to our area.

Dont think it was tactical Madsen hobbled off. His replacement had already been taken off

Selection reaked a little of a Warnock this is what we need. Keeper a full back and probably a centre back

Even professional footballers need game time to get up to speed and many being thrown into positions that are not natural for them.

Kone - upfront on his own - didnt work
Morrison - first game for ages - decent but average at best
Esquerdinha - young guy with Harrison Ashby vibes not ready at this level
Field - Number Ten - Really ??
Poku - Decent for first full game but feeling his way in.

Hamer - Awful today for me and with him being selected ahead of our two actual goalkeepers, for me post January, could be all change with all three moved on.

Vale - Bit much to throw him on, with ten to go and no recent playing time. Surely it should have been Smyth.

Appreciate we need to rotate a little but so many changes in personnel and in their assigned roles, we managed to seriously confuse ourselves.

Its the championship though. We werent whipped and had the odd chance and despite all, we are still not world beaters that beat all comers !!!
