Maybe we can sell a few of this lot next week so we don't have to watch them again?

Yet another defeat I’ll chalk up to Le Manager

Ah yes, the Studious One!

If JS isn't embarrassed tonight, I'll be embarrassed for him.

That was unforgivable from start to finish. Absolute disdain for the all the paying punters who travelled up to that shit hole.

That goes from the manager with a stupid selection to every single player on that pitch with the honourable exception of Jimmy Dunne. Vale should be fined a week's wages for being *that* fxxxing bad. I'd love to see his stats - 0% pass completion?

Shit but local

That was utterly abysmal. Abject in every position and all facets of the game. No one comes out of this game with any credit. Big improvement required in the next match.

Not another bloody dud upfront I hope. We do have form when it comes to strikers. At least Burrel looks the real deal.

Quite a few posts on a poor and losing game from yourself Damo.

Amazing how regularly you pop up when we play badly.

Looking on the bright side at least WBA were poor, a decent team would have spanked us tonight.

Strange line up, strange set up, substitutions late and not positive enough, no wonder Smyth isn't signing a new deal if he can't get a game.

Sinton clutching at straws at the end. Says we 'didnt' quite work their goalkeeper enough' - embarrassing! We didn't work him at all, Andy. Please don't do this to yourself or to us.

Sadly, I called the result right again. I'm a f*cking oracle.

Looking forward to you moaning about the rubbish questions asked by the in house media team to Julien later.

Genuinely think anybody posting on this forum today could have done a better job than Vale in his five minutes, that's quite shocking

Yeah Koki wasnt great but if you subbed him for his Nan , she would have done better than vale ! Jesus Christ!!

Absolutely shocking all round .
Man of the match - Field under a ridiculously low bar.

Won’t fault the effort as Elbow says, but no quality from anybody.
Had to watch the first half on the WBA ifollow and apart from being completely unprofessional in their criticism of us , they did keep asking why we were “playing so differently away than we did at home?”

Well , bloody good point! That’s a question I think we should all be asking for an explanation too.

The only thing I have to say about that is that was one of the most braindead tired performances in recent memory, if there was a wrong decision to be made, it was made from the manager through to every player bar Dunne on the pitch.

Let us never mention it again

Morrison and Dunne did okay. Esquardina and Morgan at full back is really asking for trouble in this division and John Varane needs to stop poncing around and up his game. Saito cannot start on Thursday. Hopefully Chair can be involved and I'd have Smyth back in too.

Only watched the last few mins out of choice this evening. Out with friends isntead.

Someone asked how we were getting on whilst we were eating and I hadn’t even checked. Not surprised to see the result, only that we had more possession.

Those possessed by devils, try and keep them under control a bit, can't you ?

Stephan got that game so wrong and most of the players followed suit. WBA weren't much better but we laid the win on a plate for them. All in all, a complete mess of a football match.

At least we now know which team Vale supports. I'm genuinely astounded how in such a pathetic all round performance, he managed to come on for 10 minutes and still been our worst player

Now that is epic. Who recommends these duds to the club?

Absolutely appalling this evening. Too many changes. Could see this coming once we saw the team. So frustrating as WBA were garbage at our place. We can’t just chuck the likes of Morgan, Esquerdinha, Field and Morrison on the pitch when they have barely played in weeks. Too many of these squad players are not good enough. Where was Mbengue this evening? JCS has vanished again? Why was Smyth not used? Team just looked too unbalanced this evening. Now piles on more pressure on the next 2 games. We are our own worst enemies. Really wished Stephan had learnt from earlier in the season with all this tinkering.

really poor. didn't show up either half. so many players making elementary mistakes. and apart from Jimmy, no one seems capable of winning anything in the air. Saito has lost form, Varane looks average, Kone clumsy, and Sam Field at no 10?? you reap what you sow I fear. very disappointing , especially given how average WBA looked.

Stop whingeing we are where we are because that's how It Is, who In the name of f uck thought we would win tonight? seriously.

A crap performance delivered on a plate by our Manager and our players, like that never happened before.

My Father had a profound influence on me, he was a lunatic.

If someone is dumb enough to give us serious money for him I’d happily take my chances on Hayden/Morgan filling that spot.

I don't know about some of you guys, but I feel sick.

However, there's one silver lining with some on this board - for once, it's not my fault.

Very poor. Esquerdinha is way off being a 1st team player. Why doesn’t Norrington Davies start. Surprised Smyth didn’t play at all.

Quite a negative display against worst West Brom team for quite a few years.
All we had to do was defend their set pieces.

That looked like a game we p!ssed up the wall with an eye on the next by rotating players for the sake of it ! Watch us play our best 11 on Thursday and get turned over by Norwich now
