Says we shouldn't focus on short term-ism. Either pushing for promotion or worrying about bad results, keep working with the plan of signing young players, accepts we will get inconsistent results by adopting that plan.
Asks for the fans to build a positive environment around the players to help them succeed. 'Im not saying it's the fans fault'

TBF on the latter point, if he'd done ten minutes on the community trust and not mentioned the first team, in a week when the club he's chairman of lost 5-0, 4-0, 2-0, 1-0, then he'd have (rightly) got pilloried for that, so they had to ask.
I found his answer dispiriting TBH. It just furthers the impression that it's their club, their "project", and we can come along if we want.
I believe there are several interviews booked in this week in various places so let's see what comes out of those.
Clive - it’s all very reminiscent of approaching your boss about something that isn’t working or just isn’t right in the workplace and them telling you:
‘well, if you don’t like it, you can always leave…’
Happens a lot more than it should, especially when the boss’s boss is absent and/or doesn’t give a shit.
Those possessed by devils, try and keep them under control a bit, can't you ?

It's pretty scary that we can all see that but our owners can't...
Yes!
"Things had started becoming increasingly desperate at Loftus Road but QPR have been handed a massive lifeline and the place has absolutely erupted. it's carnage. It's bedlam. It's 1-1."

Just an incredible lack of introspection and honesty.
You want fans to stick with the plan: quid pro quo, Lee.
What are you giving us? We give money, time and decades in loyalty. You and your protege can't even tell us what injuries are keeping our best players out and for how long. Give us something back. We can stick with the plan if you let us know what is keeping three of our best prospects of selling players for more than we bought them - Chair, Madsen, Burrell - out, for example. Those three are examples of the plan specifically not working because of a lack of care.
Don't lie to us. Don't describe muscle injuries as contact injuries. Don't cite GDPR when no other club does.
When the accounts are published, come and explain them.
As Clive said, bring the fans with you. Don't say, 'this the plan, it was always the plan in my 11 years here, I'm part of the leadership that has fcked the plan in the past but we're sticking with it this time and if you don't like it, sorry about that - but what kind of fan are you?'
They keep talking about it being a young team, that's the reason for inconsistency. And it is a young team. But much more importantly it is a chronically injured and unfit team. I think is more of a reason for inconsistency. We can never pick our best team, nor can we rest players when it's needed/
It's just incredibly rich for a guy who two years ago told us he was retiring to spend more time with his family in the US, only to promote himself to Chairman, now to loftily tell all in one of his only public subsequent pronouncements to 'stick with the plan.'
Why don't we talk about his plan too? What was/is it?

His only plan is to take as much money as he can from the club whilst he does an awful job. I despise the man. A truly awful individual

That's the point, isn't it? Forgive me if my facts are wrong, but I think Brentford bought Olly Watkins first and foremost to win them promotion and strengthen their side.
Once he got them to a Championship playoff final, which they lost, then they cashed in for a huge sum and started their rinse and repeat stuff.
We seem to be thinking about the huge sum and forgetting about the bit in between. Which is ironic, because if the bit in between doesn't involve said player turning up every week and contributing to many wins and propelling you up the table, the huge sum doesn't happen.
They need to play in a winning side, surely. Not rocket science.
100% all if this. Exactly what I was trying to say. Excellent.

Reminds me of the Underpants Gnomes in South Park:
'What do we want? We don't know! When do we want it? Now!'

I was looking at Brighton's website the other day, and noticed their club values. Especially the last one. Seems to be working ok for them....
'Our values serve as guiding principles for how we connect with one another, our fans, partners and sponsors. As a club, we embody these values in everything we do:
🔵 Treat People Well
⚪ Exceed Expectations
🔵 Aim High. Never Give Up
⚪ Act with Integrity
🔵 Make it Special
⚪ Be Fan Focused'

Hoos has never been one for the fans nourry even less so , from hearing his party political broadcast guessing that hoos and nourry are hunkering down both on the same hym sheet, commonly known as protecting each others arse . We don’t care if fans say I’ve had enough we have awaiting list of fans now ,yeah lay odds it’s less than 100 the plan went into melt down immediately after the Cov shoeing , and it will again .
It’s bugger all good u have promising players co if through if they are injured most of the season and that lays firmly at nourry best probably only mate at the club

re: GDPR there have been a couple of rugby players near the ends of their career who have used GDPR to not have the details of their injury made public lest it make them difficult to get a last contract. I suspect football just hasn't caught on yet

wonder how many other clubs use that as an excuse ?
Let's face it, Flavio gets pelters yet he got us promoted to the Premier League as champions in two-and-a-half years. We can debate why that was and slag him off for being an egotistical **** but them's the facts.
Meanwhile, Hoos has been in charge for 11 years and is still pleading for more time - to do what exactly? What a crock. When will our owners wake up to this grifter?
