its been the same story under three coaches now , sometimes its not the player whos the issues he had more threads ober the years than most of the first team squad .
its a shame as hes a finisher thats for sure but down to lack of game time thats about it for him , im sure when he does finally leave , (french club now rumoured to be after him ) there will be all sorts of stories coming out im sure about why he had to leave the club he loves etc etc. | |

Biggest problem is that when not scoring he doesn't do much to affect the game. See his three or four games at the back end of last season, anonymous and subbed after 60 odd minutes as he looked spent.
QPR fans are notoriously tolerant of a 10 who, while perhaps not exactly the hardest working player on the pitch, could win a game in seconds. Kolli is no Bowles, Wegerle, Tarabt, or Eze, therefore he needs to work a lot harder off the ball. Look at Chair.
I don't think Kolli wants to do it, and we can't afford to carry or indulge him, which is a shame as he clearly has some ability.

u forgot lloyd who the club seem to be having a good look over in pre season so will he even make the bench ? bennie has gone on loan so we dont have a direct replacement for burrell is hes out again , maybe lloyd will be that bench player this season , as for brining him back slowly from a possible injury , cant see much diff to giving him 25/30 mins at wimbleodon to starting at dulwich myself . for a start it would have saved him a high speed trip across london to get tothe last 15 mins of the game . | |

I wish there was 'nothing to see' and that he just needs to get fit. I strongly suspect there's much more to it than that. The club wants him to go out on loan this season. How do I know? He told me at the Fiorentina game when I asked him if he was staying.

That’s my issue with him. I don’t think he can be bothered to learn the boring bits of the game. He’s certainly very talented in front of goal and with the ball at his feet but pressing and challenging off the ball are weak areas and we can’t ignore them. Seeing Bennie playing for Dundee Utd he was really working hard to win the ball back and I don’t see it with Kolli. These days you can’t have luxury forwards because teams press as a unit and someone who does it halfheartedly leaves gaps. It’s like when Andre Gray played for us. Scored plenty of goals but we looked so much more open when out of possession when he was playing.
That’s why I think he should’ve gone on loan and why the club wanted him to. Not to humiliate him or downgrade him but so he could learn from probably a load of seasoned pros who would just tell him. Half a season playing regularly would have done him the world of good in League 1 or 2. It was good enough for Eze and Chair and didn’t seem to hamper their careers.
He’s obviously bright enough and talented enough but just not sure he’s humble enough. |  | | |

He hasn't had enough starts yet in the Championship and there are parts to his game that are not developed yet.
This is such a shame, as its rare to see a player who can get you out of your seat. We've been lucky at QPR to see some exciting skilful players, like Wegerle, Buzaacky, Taraabt, Eze and Chair amongst others.
Kolli should be in and around the current squad for sure and would play when the inevitable injuries start to occur.
He desperately needs a new agent or PR team, as whatever is happening is confusing the fanbase. |  | | |

why should he ? as others have said his overall game isnt good enough and the question is will it ever be ? if he dosnt want to go out on loan at least until jan thats down to him he is then likely to be fully bombed out of the sqaud totally . he was supposedly telling fans sat the club want him gone during the game as well , thts not fighting for a cplace with a club u keep sying u love its stirring , as was his dsh across london fro dulwich to see the last 20 mins , hes a half decent player and. great finisher but thats not enough , will he of his advisers ever see that ? | |

It’s not too late. He’s 21. Alfie Lloyd went out on loan at 22. Paul Smyth went out on loan and came back a better player. Charlie Kelman also went out on loan at the same age and improved. It was also good enough for Chair to go out on loan in his 20s to a League 2 club. It doesn’t have to be all season, just until January. I’m sure he would benefit from it. But if he won’t go then there’s not much the club can do about it. But to be clear, I think he should go out on loan for his own development as much as the club’s benefit. | | | |

I wasn't able to decipher the last part of your post, but in answer to your initial question, he should be part of the first team squad because of his goals to game ratio for the first team. They are the best at the club.
I agree he needs to do more in games but given Lloyd doesn't look like he's going to make it at this level and Obikwu seems permanently injured, it's complete madness not to have him in the squad. | | | |

I think Julien and Marti before him have both said that Rayan knows what he needs to do to get in the first team.
