Hi there,
For the ManU game (and I guess the Leicester game too), the other person/s you're buying for needs to be a ST holder, or needs to have QPR membership and their client ref number needs to be linked to your account.
I tried to get two extra tickets on Tuesday but only successful with one.

Except that they seem to leave something to the last minute every year.
It's not as if they have suddenly brought the start of the season forward and taken everyone by surprise.
Still, it makes a change from the lottery of waiting to see if your card arrives in time like previous years. |  | | |

I've been a bit concerned about this. My son is 15, and is always forgetting/breaking/changing his phone so I was waiting for him to arrive one day without it. I called the box office, spoke to a very helpful woman called Taylor, and asked if we could both reactivate our previous cards (season before last) and have the digital option too. She told me that was fine, and has registered us for both. Belt and braces. |  |

Just tried that and the guy said it was either one or the other (for the season) ie if you reactivate your card you can't then use the app and vice versa. |  | | |

Quick update - DID send an email asking for confirmation that my old ST card WOULD be loaded with 21/22 version.
Didn't receive the usual quick reply, so rang this morning.

Same here, although my 1st season ticket was for the 73/74 season, haven't had one continuously since then.

I don’t know.
I’ve asked for a non-digital season ticket too although mine is a new season ticket so I think it works slightly different to people renewing. I was told that my card would be sent out “hopefully” before the start of the season. At this point in time I haven’t received any kind of season ticket but I’m not PAAAAAANNNNIIIICKIIIINNGGGGGG yet  | |

Just received our digital season tickets which for some reason won't upload to apple wallet at the moment.
Question - if i can't go to a game and want to gift my seat to a friend or other family member, does it mean they have to borrow my phone for the day (which cleary won't happen) or else they can't get in? |  |
