He's spent a fortune and we are marginally better than last season but as I've said before he isn't the issue so no real point in sacking him .
Desperately need to get some standards as again it wasn't acceptable for a professional football club . Awful performance with an awful attitude.
Need a massive shake up behind the scenes and a proper pre season where we play lots of games but I doubt it will happen and will be the same again next season .

“We’ve spent a fortune” - not “he’s spent a fortune”.
He is head coach not the manager and it is clear who calls the shots in terms of recruitment strategy.
He has the tools now for next season to coach - he needs to do it.
The Head of Performance and medical staff need to get them fit and keep them fit

Does it not speak volumes that when the ref gave that ridiculous penalty, there was barely a squeak of protest from our players? Some bemusement from Tylon Smith but that was about it. Where were the players crowding the ref? Where were the leadership, smarts and game play? Just a lot of instant resignation. A culture of battling, self-belief and assertive communication needs to be built for next season, and that needs to come from the top. | | | |

That was a pretty embarrassing performance, only Ronnie, Kolli, Morgan, Smyth, can probably hold their heads up.
Keeley Adamson so out of his depth he makes Santos look like a professional footballer. Whoever is responsible for that signing should be fired. Completely affected the functioning of the team. Hayden as the senior player with "premiership" experience playing in his flip flops and speedos set the tone, leaving poor Morgan to try and play midfield on his own
Burrell looked a yard short of his pre injury pace.
Poku before his hamstring blew up again was utterly woeful.
Vale seemed to be carrying Haydens beach bag for him.
Chair seemingly playing up front ran around but took about 20 minutes to actually get a touch of the ball.
And then we have one of the worst pen decisions I've ever seen, 2 or 3 feet outside the box Smiths entire body outside the box. A stupid tackle but one we have seen from senior pros as well, following some amateur play from Adamson. (gotta feel for the kid) And then because we are pissed off we actually start to play. and dont get me started on 4 mins injury time... took that long just for the pen.

Too many individual players, and consequently the team as a whole, too slow on the ball. Swansea, like Middlesborough when they completed outplayed us at Loftus, all quicker to the ball and on the ball as a team.
What was worse, nothing was done about it at half-time as, having been slower all over the park in the first half, we came out after the break with no change of pace until the last ten minutes. So that is down to the management team and if I was watching from the Directors' Box I'd be thinking about saying thanks but no thanks for next season. [Post edited 21 Apr 23:04]

Yeh i thought exactly the same. You could see the marks on the grass when the lad slid in. , nearly two foot out of the area. The ref should have got pelters from the team there. Daft tackle in the first place though, showed the inexperience from the young lad.
Swansea obviously thought Walsh was there for the taking with the amount of shots outside the area.
Our 4 subs coming on at 60 minutes seem to make us worse while their 3 made them better.
Another season drawers to a close, and already i feel we need another rebuild of the team going into next season. |  |

Disagree on Adamson. Though he did okay. Morgan was pretty dreadful tonight. Yes he tries to play forward but you can't just keep on passing it to the opposition. I'm glad he's getting games but the more he plays, the less I think he might be of use next season. | | | |

Not sure about Adamson. Mbengue looks a safer bet and that is saying something. I was impressed with Tylon Smith's pace. He was rapid. I think he could be a rough diamond. Vale pretty disappointing. And didn't really help Adamson out, made things worse for him on quite a few occasions in fact. [Post edited 21 Apr 23:23]

Adamson nowhere near the level, Walsh has had enough games now to show us he ain’t a Champ keeper, Vale having another 2/10, Hayden suffering from Johansen syndrome. Morgan ideally needs a league one loan… meanwhile we’ve shipped out Field, lost Cook, and Dunne, what’s happening there… sorely lacking leaders.
